I need a spartan model! HELP ME PLEASE

I need a spartan model based off an assasin bandit, brigand (they hold the spear right) or a footman unit(the defense ability). If anyone knows how to make a footman hold a spear right and jab right please help! I know nothing on moddeling and need a model for a new game im making. please rply!:cry:
