You can make it yourself. Open the model in MAgos model editor, change the background color to black from edit>properties>OK.
Then press PrtScr on your keyboard, open Paint and press ctrl+V. Pick the select tool and select the part of the image where the head of the model is
right-click inside the selected area and press CROP
Then click on the resize button and adjust it to 64x64
Then use the site's icon borderizer to make the icon
Alternatively you can play with the filters in photoshop to make the icon look cartoony
