[General] I have no idea how to set computer players or force players to play a specific race.

There is a "forces" tab under scenario properties,

check "fixed player settings" and you are ok.

Note to what Ceday said.
If you want player to play against computer opponents you must have a force for both the human controlled players and a force for the computer controlled players.

Oh and can you put those images inside hidden tags or upload them as attachments?
