I can't find this Damage Calculator Tool

I found this neat tool online a while back, where you enter the data for two units, and "Calculate," and it calculates which unit would win in a fight, and how much life the winning unit would have when it won. This was extremely useful for balancing units and heroes. But now I can't find it.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and where I can find it again?

EDIT: By the way, if anyone finds it, the program works very well with this tool, to find out what you need to enter in the data fields, and how it will balance out.

Nah, that's not what I'm after. That tool is this, in a downloadable form.
What I'm after essentially takes the data you enter and enacts a fight between the two units, tells you the winner and how much life the winner has left.
It's just great for balancing, and would save me a lot of time.
