67chrome: There is no were near enough freehand content for me to approve this, you need to do at least 75% of this on your own. Please review the skin submission rules before posting anything else here, and if you need to work on your skills a good place to get feedback is the 2D art forums, and you should check out the 2D art tutorials on this site so you can have the confidence to edit the skin with your own work, rather than manipulating that of others :)
