How to submit?

I couldn't find any listfile merger tools here, so I decided to write my own.
But I figured that it might be helpful to also submit it so that other people can use it too.

Anyway, how do I submit it?
Also, are there any particular things to keep in mind with submissions? This is my first one so I'm kind of nervous.

in the left corner you will see the upload button.

You see that

button in the top left? That's what you want to be clicking.

Also, those rules will appear during the upload and you will be prompted to read and agree to them.
