How to rank someone from first to third?

If i were to add all the scores up from a single game, how can i display and know the player who has the highest, second highest and the third highest?

• Leaderboard - Sort (Last created leaderboard) by Value in Descending order
• Game - Display to (All players) the text: ((Name of (Player in position 1 of (Last created leaderboard))) + has the highest score.)
• Game - Display to (All players) the text: ((Name of (Player in position 2 of (Last created leaderboard))) + has the second highest score.)
• Game - Display to (All players) the text: ((Name of (Player in position 3 of (Last created leaderboard))) + has the third highest score.)
