How to make that unit looks upon an other unit {facing the head to another unit}

I think title says all;more detailed - i want that unit's head faces a point or a unit,but without moving whole body
*This may be a dumb question,i'm sry,but i don't know how to make it*

In triggers, go to 'Animation - Lock Body-Part Facing'. It's really that easy.

it also depends on model of unit,i think you cant do that with all models

This is true, but I believe the exceptions are pretty obvious... like a Siege Tank for example.
