How to make circles?

Well im not really sure how to make circles my best attempt was something like a stop sign.

Well I could not upload screenshots because they look all black.

So I made a map as a demo to show my stop sign.

It would be awesome if some taught how to do them correctly ior edit the map and fix it.

It would be impossible to make a perfect circle without using doodads. The best suggestion I can make is stick with what you got. You could make it a little more circular with something like this. Just try and copy that best as you can with the single tile size brush.
