i thought without making region in front and trigger to work to teleport him inside i meant making Cave...

You mean how to make some kind of maze structure within the cave?

Well, this more comes to terraining... here's how you can make a simple yet pretty nice terrain:

Use Stone arches where cave entrance is.
Then use cliffs or vision blockers for the terrain area, and use some largery scalled rock doodads and some rock spires inside the cave in the way so the cliff or whatever wouldn't be noticeable. That should be good for a basic cave if you're not experienced with terraining.
