[General] How to make buildings play ready quotes?

That's not a standard behavior so you'll need to trigger it. Here's one way to do it, using the otherwise mostly useless "point value" stat of units
  • Sound Variables
    • Events
      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • -------- Set up all the ready sounds that your buildings are using --------
      • Set VariableSet ReadySound[1] = AltarOfKingsWhat1 <gen>
      • Set VariableSet ReadySound[2] = ArcaneSanctumWhat1 <gen>
      • Set VariableSet ReadySound[3] = ArcaneVaultWhat1 <gen>
      • -------- etc --------
  • Play Sound
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Finishes construction
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • -------- Play the appropriate sound by retrieving the point value --------
      • Sound - Play ReadySound[(Point-value of (Constructed structure))]
But WC3 can only play 1 sound per channel via trigger so if multiple buildings are done at the same time only the 1st sound will play
