How to make a teleport spell?

I am trying to create a teleport spell. A flying unit has this spell. The spell has a cast range of 10 and can target 1 friendly or enemy unit. The targeted unit becomes teleported to the caster.

How can this be done?

take the stalker blink ability and increase its range to 10. then change the target (of the blink effect) from targetpoint to targetunit. also change placement around to target.

Idea is simlar to how blink works, except instead of caster you reference the target unit and instead of target point you reference the caster point.

Make sure you turn off the blend image in the ability actor fire.
It just looks weird when a marine has a blend animation of a stalker.
