How to make a Model in Milkshape

Hello guys Wardota2 Gamer here and I actually dont know how to create models and I have one aplication to learn to Milkshape I have downloaded this earlier and registered to it and so my journey begins and still I dont know how to creat a model so that is my I am asking can someone actually toturial me in a video or just in words please...
