[General] How to hide the resource panel?

Is there a way to hide the panel with resources - gold, lumber, good, upkeep. Like some skin that covers them like they are not there. Because I don't need them in my map

nope. if you hide them there are going to be black boxes instead of them.the game isnt made to render stuff behind the UI

If you don't need it, you could use it as a kill count or how much time elapsed, etc.
