How to get custom minimap Previews?

Can someone tell me how to get a custom minimap preview, or could someone PLEASE make a minimap preview (size 128 x 128 or 256 x 256) with the title "World of Chaos" and a picture of a dragon on it? THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS

That's the site I use as my tutorial for Minimap Image Importing. As for your picture request, I wouldn't know where to get a decent dragon picture, and my knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CS is pretty limited, so if I was to type "World of Chaos" on the picture, it'd be pretty basic...
