How to edit this effect?

Hey, I want to make a holy barrier effect out of Reincarnation. So far I could make this.
But I wonder how can I make a stand animation in which the effect/barrier is cosntantly creating circles and destryign them at the bottom, making it seem like neverending working barrier of light.
And no, I'm not talking about the tick "non looping"

Great! How did you do it?

I just changed the particle's parameters. In this case it's visibility.

And also deleted all the unnecessary geometry (all of it) / textures hence the much lower filesize
