File -> Preferences, tick 'Automaticaly create unknown variables when pasting trigger data'. Now just copy + paste triggers. If you are willing to import large amount of triggers just create category in map from which you gonna import stuff and move all the triggers into it. Again, after such operation CnP is the only operation required except for recreating abilities/dummies.
