How To Add Countdown Timer?

I would like to add/edit ( both actually ) a count down timer like in the map 'X Hero Seige' 5:00 Till nex event..

You start the timer somewhere. than you make a second trigger that reads:
events timer <your timer> expires
actions
Your stuff here
