How Do You Remove "Circling" movement in this?

Hi all. I am frustrated. How do you remove "circling" movement in this Airplane System? I want the planes to be staying moves forward straight wherever it go to. It keep circling at random times, or probably every time it getting near cliff or wall. I don't like that. I tried to add zeros to all the codes that has numbers of configurations. But, none worked...
