How do i make Racing/kart maps

How can I make racing / kart maps using world edit?
PLS. Help
Can you also tell the triggers needed.

Try opening the map "Azeroth GrandPrix". It is located in Maps\Frozen Throne\Scenario\
It is a racing/kart game like what you wanted, open it and get the ideas on how to do it.
