how can the trigger editor be used to change portrait?

i am working on a map where i have units that transform into other units. while the unit is transforming it becomes a farm. what i need is to change the portrait of the farm to that of the unit it will change into. how do i do that.

If you replace/transform an unit, it should work instantly.

the transformation have a timer that cause the unit to remain a farm for a certain amount of seconds. during that time i want the farm to have the portrait of the unit it will become when it is done transforming.
