how can i make trigger for the attachment ?

i want to make a trigger that when i upgrade an Upgrades,
the unit have attachment.. how do i do that? can you help me ?
sorry for my bad English..

i tried this but doesn't work..
what will i do guys ?

I think they mean like, if you upgrade something (Like, a unit upgrade, Iron Forged Swords) you gain an attachment...?

Something like how when you upgrade a caster once they get one spell and upgrade again to get the next (An example would be Priest, pre-upgrade they have Heal, then the first upgrade they have Dispel Magic, and finally they get Inner Fire) but instead of new spells they get new/improved attachments.

Sorry if my 'clarification' makes no sense.
