I have been able to import a custom made model that I made and its skin to wc3 , I just dont know how to attach a skin to it. I use Gmax. The model in gmax has a texture its just when I export it that it does not. The whole model is the players color once imported. I think thats all the info I can give.

So is there somthing i have to do that links the model and skin together?

Let me get this right, Your telling me I have to go into the mdl while its in word format and rewrap the skin to the model? That seems like a lot of work.
ok so if its

Textures 1 {
Bitmap {
Image "",
ReplaceableId 1,
}
}

then I change what part to what?
If the skin is call MySkin Where do I set it and how do I rewrap it?

oh thank you.

Iv tryed opening my model with it but I get an error:

Run-time error '9':
Subscript out of range

So I opend a wc3 model and see how it was supose to work. I found it only selects Geoset. I tryed to turn my model into a geoset. but I can only change it to a edit poly, edit mech,and edit pach modes.
