Horse-Man Model

I need a Horse-Man Model based on the Centaur Model of WC3, whatever a half-Man or Half-Elf, the only changes are :

• A Spear on the left hand instead of the axe
• A Bronze Steel shield on the right hand
• Attack Animation based on the mounted Archmage Attack Animation
• A long black hair

It doesn't need to have them all or in that way, all I ask if somebody might be able to create him or even get me closer to a Horse-Man model that look somehow like that ^^. I'll give +rep and Credit
