I thought you HAVE to have the metal border and a proper DISBTN. DISBTN is easy. I can teach in speed now how I do it. I use Adobe Photoshop CS v8.0. I just use stroke with 7 pixels first. And then I just paint it all once without letting go the mouse button. Then it just have a darker side. It's easy. Do it...
