Holding item for a period of time equals win

I am in need of some WE help.

Lately I have had this idea of an Arena map, where you choose a hero (like in DotA) and you can buy items and all that stuff. You will then teleport into an arena where there is a flag. You are supposed to hold on to the flag to win, you are not supposed to leave it somewhere.

Now, my question is:

Can you make a trigger that makes it able to win the game by holding an item for a period of time?

If you hold the "flag" for 1 minute for example, you will win. But if someone kills you, the timer will reset and you have to recapture it and hold it for 1 minute again.
