Well at edit options in user CP there is this Default Thread Subscription Mode and I chose that no email notification, but still I get notifications to my email and I don't really like to delete like over 500 emails always when I check my email, so how can I stop it?

You have to unsubscribe to all the threads.

And exactly how is that done?

Just view all your subscribed threads and click unsubscribe. I think there is even an option that lets you select all of them by checking the box right of the name and then just do a multi unsubscribe.
