Hive matriarch, Diamon and Gold Golem not working...

How can i make them : Hive matriarch, Diamon and Gold Golem not working... work ? they didnt show in the map after i imported the correct paths.

I have the same problem, in world editor is a black and green box it is visible in wc3viewer as white shape. I do not have the solution jet.
