You could put all your triggers in one folder(for convenience) then CnP that to a blank map. After you import the new triggers you could CnP the folder back.
I think he means the ability to save triggers as a .wtg file, and then import it into the trigger editor like it was a sound.
As far as I know you cant do that without fully removing the every other trigger in the map, so its better to open the file in another map, and CnP them into your map like that.
You can merge 2 trigger datas with WEU but copying it from the one map to the other with the normal Ctrl-C Ctrl-V would also work and won't mess up your map.
