shiiK: This is not of good enough quality to be approved. It's blurry all over because you've used smudge a lot. Other changes are mostly recolour.
Have a look at some 2D Art Tutorials and post your future skins in the Texturing & Surfacing Board. You've got a long way to go, but with some dedication, you'll get there. Good luck!
