Not digging the sun on his chest too much, looks like a bib... I say singe the edges of his armor with sun-orange!

He has eyes, on the unwrap, in the bottom right-ish corner is his head, the spot that is pure white is his eye. The particle emitters make it hard to see I guess.

The orange DoT? You mean the sun on his chestpiece?
