I wasn't satisfied with my previous uploaded Khadgar model so I made another, new one.
At first, I began working on a custom animations set for him, but because of lack of time I gave up and riged it to in game animations. I expect to finish the custom animations set in the future so maybe I'll add that version in the bundle, as well.
Give credits if you use it and enjoy.
Updated with the Morphing animations. Big thanks to Retera for helping me with a recorded video.
Looks great, and works just fine in-game.
Only minor suggestion would be working a bit more on his face in portrait - atm mouth and teeth look a tad bit weird. (And portrait backgrounds are usually made of a noticeable gradient of teamcolor, if you...
your work is amazing as always but could you please add a transforming into Raven animation? I do not understand how complex it may be but it would be amazing and i would really need it.

I will consider it! I could've done it in the first place when I used the animations from Druid of the Talon, but unfortunately I deleted the raven's bones and mesh. Stay tuned.

Epic! I would personally preferred the staff to not have replaceable colors and just be wooden brown, as its depicted. But other than that the model looks stunning!

At first I didn't want to make his clothes team colored so I gave a TC to the staff. And I just let it be like that.
Eh I got to say the file size is a bit heavy now. I tried to optimize it the optimization decreased the size to 170 kb, but the animations got screwed than and I left it like that.

I strongly suggest you work on his portrait more: his teeth glitch and face as it is looks weird in a closeup. Maybe redo it? I think it kinda spoils the model, at least for me. Overall it's a great mesh with neat texturing job. Just the looks on his face bug me.
I was craving for a Khadgar model for so long! Thank you so much, Stefan. But I have some questions first even though they may sound stupid as I am relatively new to modding (so far I´ve been playing custom campaigns only).
1) Is this model for the Archmage or the Blood Mage?
2) I followed the instructions but even after that I could not see the model in the World Editor. Perhaps I just couldn´t find it there. Can someone please help me out?
3) I heard that some mods corrupt the game files, thus are detected as cheats when you play MP and your CD key is banned for good. Is it safe to change models like that?
