Hero - Score screen Icon

Hey. Can someone make an Hero-Scorescreen Icon and an normal Icon of this Model that I made http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=133851&stc=1&d=1396188624

I upload this Model, if the Icon (BTN + DISBTN + SSC) are done.
