Hero Item Issue

I really don't know how to explain this issue well, but my rpg is setup so certain heroes can use certain items, however, sometimes the game will bug and the heros run from items they can loot rather then picking them up and I have no clue how to fix this.... I can post any code you may need, but I wouldn't know which. lol
