Im not sure if this applies to these models, but not all models have portraits. Some use camras instead. I believe if you use the MPQ browser you should be able to find them though.

Perhaps he/she is going to do model edits on them.
Way to get them:
1. Open Magos Model Editor
2. Got to Windows->MPQ Browser
3. There, go to "File" and open the War3Patch.mpq
4. Open the Folders Units->Creeps: there they're.
