No MPQ editor. There is a checkbox in the lower left corner of the window you screenshotted that says "modify map bounds" right under "modify camera bounds". Click it, then click the directional arrows in the middle of the window to change the map size in any direction.

The 'level' of the unit determines how much xp it gives. Go to Advanced > Gameplay Constants and you can modify how much experience is given per level, then change the level of the unit to give the appropriate xp.
