Make two different unit for the 1st model and 2nd model then use the metamorphosis spell, then change the stats there...

Actually it's quite easy, all you need to do is to add Bear Form ability to 1 unit or metamorphosis or any other shape-shift spell.
Ofc you must edit spell.
