If it's a standard model, go to object editor, find the unit, double-click ''Art - Model File'', and copy the path you see at ''Custom''. Use this path for your skin, in the import manager.

If it's a custom model, the correct paths can be found on the download page.

It isn't that easy all the time, the skins can actually lie, between the textures map or in the model map. I recommand that you install a MPQ reader and check it up by yourself, or if the author of the skin has left any details where you downloaded the skin from.
And just in case of it should work to do in Ramza's way, should you replace the '.mdl' or '.mdx' to '.blp'.
