Its best to get TFT... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT but if your addicted to RoC or cant purchase TFT, you can still do it.
Download WinMPQ (a free tool) and open up your map with it. Import the model and adding the paths to it is very easy (you'll see)
Theres no need to Apply them in WE as skins automatically apply themselves to their models. (remember your skin won't work at all if the skin is for TFT)
