Help with Spell

First of all, Hello to everyone, hope you all having a good day
Second, i'm veeery sorry if this is not the correct place where to post this
Anyways....

I need help creating the triggers of a spell wich makes triggering unit canalize a spell for over 2 seconds, then rush agaisn't the targeted unit and cause damage to it. Could anyone help me out? Thanks a lot.
