Help with skill issues

Okay,so my friends' been trying to get a hero to work this way;

Learn skill [A];and passive skills and [C] will level up.The problem here is,his trying to use it on a hero with Metamorphosis skill,such that;

in NORMAL form,he has passive skill
in MORPHED form,he has passive skill [C]

I tried a trigger that;at first,gave the hero its lvl2 passive and [C],but when I morph,the ability goes back to level 1.Need some serious help on this.Thanks!

And sorry if it sounds complex,I have no better way of explaining this T.T

Why don't you try Tinker's ultimate?
After all you can disable normal abilities while in morph form and enable "improved ones", and when morph ends disable them and enable normal ones once again.
