Help with region toggling PLEASE!

Hi guys I have a problem.... I have used Init's Trigger to setup regions, and toggle regions and select regions. Is anyone familiar with this? The variable is not getting changed would be my guess. Please post your triggers.

Also double posting is against the rules. You posted the same exact question in your other thread please don't do that.

First post your triggers by using trigger tags.
