Help with map?

Please help!

I've looked at maps and seen them well organized, the one I'm editing now. That people are hosting after 1 day of fixes started as an organized nightmare of disorganization!

It takes me hours to find stuff in the game editor because it's scattered everywhere, and I can't find out how to move files around, and when I try I make it so much worse!

HELP!!!
