Help with CTF triggers

i need two triggers in GUI or JASS

heres the first one, it is for the jail

event: Unit dies
condition: Unit is a hero
Unit is an ally of player 1
Unit dies in Team 2 region (can't figure this out!)
Action: revive instantly in Team 2 Jail

second one, its for the victory:

event: Unit enters Team 1 region
Condition: Unit has the item "flag"(cant figure this out!!)
Action: Force 1 wins
Force 2 loses
