Help Removing Cliff

I am trying to remove this cliff in a specific area of my map. However, I am having troubles removes the cliff. I was able to make a ramp over most of the cliff, effectively removing it. For some reason, there is one little chunk that refuses to ramp. I also can't level it down.. Any help??



Explanation: The pink is where I was able to make Ramps. Yellow is lower ground. Blue is the upper ground.

Firstly.
When making ramps you do not remove the cliff level. You merely disguise it.
Secondly.
Play around with the ramp tool and the raise/lower cliff level tool. Eventually you will hit the sweet spot and effectively "remove" that piece of cliff.

Yet another reason to never use the cliff tool.

The best way to make it work would be, Remove the cliff just raise the ground to your liking,

Agreed. Though it might prove to be difficult if the cliff is laying next to the water.
