HELP! other computer stuck in power save mode

ok so i got rid of old video card got new one everything worked for a month then got a new monitor so i went to device manager and disabled my old video card and the screen went black and said
Analog
Powe save mode

i tried to restart same thing... i have a 22' flatron LCD
Please help ASAP

1 - try starting windows in safe mode and enable it back. If you can't enable it back then use system restore.
2- if first step cannot be completed, reinstall windows.

No, that's no good. You do this CMOS battery thing when you've screwed up some settings in BIOS, not when you screw up some OS settings.

The battery has nothing to do with the monitor.

I always say do that anyways, you never know how many things your BIOS messes up.
