i just reinstalled warcraft 3 and one thing is off
where the hell i can locate .mdx file?

The game now uses CASC instead of MPQs. You can open the data with Casc Storage - Main page.

now i encounter a problem, i cant seem to find campaigns folder
i create new and add custom campaign and well

I suggest to ask in Warcraft 3 Town Hall or Warcraft 3 Patch section for these issues.

Are you installing the original or the PTR?

i use the original and it kept crashing when i play some heavily scripted map

1.30 has a lot of issues with custom maps. I suggest to try the PTR version for the time being.

PTR is a separated installation. You can get PTR from the Battle Net page (PTR stand for Public Test Realm).
