I can't make models, but to make skins, use warcraft 3 viewer and save the original skin as a tga, open it in photoshop or something like that, edit the skin, save it as a tga (32 bits/pixel), open it in warcraft 3 viewer, and save it as a blp. Theres a tutorial on importing skins if you don't know how.
