Help me find a skin on Hive?

About a year ago I found a reskin of the blood mage. It was Kael'thas as seen in World of Warcraft. The skin can be found in TBR 1 as the magician. Iv searched all over hive to find it but I cant. I'm not sure if it was removed or not but if someone could help me find it, that would be awesome.

P.S. Im not sure if it was a skin or a model so it might be in either.
