Help map doesn't work

Can anyone tell me why I can't play this game on GameRanger with my friends?
It doesn't work, I can't press start when my friends join in; however, I can when I am alone in the lobby.

Does anyone have a solution, please?

Could be related to the game version. You and your friend must have the same game version + map file.
Or maybe the map is incompatible with game version.
